dragNdrop: Stay on brand

With a lofty mission to empower 36 million small businesses globally to upgrade their marketing and communications, dragNdrop is the platform for ambitious entrepreneurs to create beautiful design effortlessly. Inspired by it’s name, we incorporate the humble cursor into our identity, to show how exactly how simple using dragNdrop is.

The cursor becomes a directional device through the whole user journey, combining with the paired-back layout and singular colour palette – all conveying the product’s ease of use.

Our hero element is a staggered layer device. Inspired by the movements of designing, dragging and dropping, this layering alludes to the depth of the platform, as well as the process of design. It conveys a sense of journey even when static, and becomes a device that can be used in any instance – from a background print texture, to a website hover state.

These layers take on a whole new life in motion, demonstrating the fluidity and satisfaction of creating something yourself, as well as being a perfect device for transitioning between content.

The brand elements combine to give a stripped back and clean aesthetic, providing a sense of calm confidence that is currently missing in an industry filled with thousands of templates – a choice that can overwhelm very quickly.

As well as the brand itself, we have also carefully curated and designed all of the template families that exist on the platform. Ranging from minimal and sophisticated real-estate, to extravagant and playful fashion, there are designs for everyone to use with ease.
